At Elegance Swimwear Store, we want you to love your beachwear as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for most unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Please note:

  • All swimwear must be tried on over underwear for hygiene reasons
  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Plus Size Intimates and any swimwear items that show signs of wear or have had tags removed.

How to Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the items you wish to return/exchange. Use our template below for faster processing.
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the unworn items with original tags in the original packaging if possible. Include a copy of your invoice.
  4. Ship Your Return: Mail your package to our return center at the address provided in your approval email. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return.
  • Refund Method: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Exchange Processing: Exchanges may take 7-10 business days to process after we receive your return.

Note: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

International Returns

For our international customers (excluding certain Asian and remote regions):

  • You are responsible for any customs fees or duties associated with the return
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
  • We recommend using DHL or FedEx for faster return processing

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label if needed.
